MATERIAL RETURNS

We recognize that, on occasion, our customers may have unused material due to a change order, a job cancellation, or for other reasons. Our material returns terms and conditions are the following:

Only regularly stocked items (listed on our current Stock List) may be returned.
We won’t accept material returns for Pearlescence products ordered with Oyster Shield High-Wear Protection, Fire-Rated material, Post-Forming grade material, or any other custom product or special order.
Any returned material must display an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number on the packaging. You must call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-323-7624 to have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued before shipping back any material.
All returned material is subject to an inspection and restocking fee of 25%, return freight paid by customer.
Customer must initiate material return with 30 days of receipt of the material.
Credit will only be issued for material received in Grade A condition.

Damage claims
In the event your material arrives damaged, note all visible damage on the freight bill and have it signed by the carrier driver.
All damage claims, visible or concealed, must be reported within 4 days of delivery date.
Damaged material and packaging must be retained for inspection by carrier.

WARRANTY

Lamin-Art®, Inc. expressly warrants that its products are free of defects in material and workmanship, are of merchantable quality, and meet or exceed performance standards for high-pressure decorative laminates as established by NEMA, LD 3-2005. Please note that some of our products contain special pearlized inks and do not meet NEMA standards for abrasion/scratch resistance in all finishes. Inasmuch as Lamin-Art has no control over the end products fabricated with the materials sold, no warranty or guarantee is expressed or implied, other than those set forth above, and is limited to the replacement cost of the material alone.
